Do you have a complaint? Despite the full commitment of our team, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied with a treatment or our service. In such cases, we invite you to discuss this with your dentist in person in the first instance. An open conversation often leads directly to a good solution. If you need support from a neutral party, you can turn to the KNMT, the professional association to which our practice is affiliated. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and the practice free of charge, with the aim of finding a joint solution.
Dispute resolution If you are unable to resolve the matter despite the help of the complaints officer, you can appeal to the Dispute Resolution Authority Mondzorg. Your situation will then be assessed by an independent committee of experts. The Disputes Authority gives a binding opinion on the validity of the complaint and is authorised to award compensation, if applicable, according to the applicable guidelines.
