Do you have a complaint?
Despite our team’s full commitment, there may be instances where you are not entirely satisfied with a treatment or our service. In such cases, we invite you to discuss this personally with your dentist first. An open conversation often leads directly to a satisfactory resolution. If you require support from a neutral party, you may contact the KNMT, the professional association to which our practice belongs. An independent complaints officer will then mediate between you and the practice free of charge, with the aim of finding a mutual solution.
Dispute Resolution
If, despite the assistance of the complaints officer, you are unable to reach a resolution, you may appeal to the Oral Care Dispute Resolution Board (SGIM). Your situation will then be assessed by an independent committee of experts. The dispute resolution board will issue a binding ruling on the merits of the complaint.
